Job Description
THE JOB
- Develop and implement strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of project engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that site rollout projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that business needs are being met.
- Analyze data and make recommendations for improvements to processes, procedures, and systems.
- Communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, contractor and consultant, both verbally and in writing.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that all expenditures are justified and aligned with company goals.
THE PERSON
- University graduate in Engineering Management or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a management role and telecom industry
- Proven track record of successful leadership and team management
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis
