THE JOB

• Develop and implement strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of project engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure that site rollout projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that business needs are being met.
• Analyze data and make recommendations for improvements to processes, procedures, and systems.
• Communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, contractor and consultant, both verbally and in writing.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that all expenditures are justified and aligned with company goals.

THE PERSON

• University graduate in Engineering Management or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a management role and telecom industry
• Proven track record of successful leadership and team management
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis
