Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end operational design for core financial functions, including general ledger, sub-ledgers, management accounting, asset control, and corporate reporting.

Establish standard accounting structures, master data frameworks, and unified operational playbooks across international divisions.

Evaluate legacy processes against future-state capabilities, drafting detailed technical and functional operational requirements.

Coordinate system interfaces between core enterprise software and proprietary supply chain, inventory, and revenue engines.

Partner with procurement and executive leadership to assess vendor technologies, manage RFP processes, and guide partner selection.

Maintain oversight over data cleansing/conversion, multi-tier testing cycles (end-to-end integration and user acceptance), and operational launch readiness.

Champion intelligent automation, exploring advanced analytics and machine-learning agents to maximize operational throughput and decrease manual processing overhead.

Act as a senior advisor to business unit heads, converting high-level corporate strategies into scalable system workflows.
Qualifications & Qualifications

University degree in Business, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a technical discipline; credentials like CPA, ACCA, PMP, or enterprise software accreditations are a distinct advantage.

10–15 years managing complex enterprise software deployments and financial process redesign, ideally within international logistics, freight, or complex supply chain operations.

Demonstrated history leading cross-functional corporate change initiatives, with deep knowledge of record-to-report, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay processes.

Proven ability to interact with C-suite stakeholders, facilitate executive alignment, and manage conflicting priorities in complex business environments.

Exceptional analytical, workshop facilitation, and executive reporting skills.

Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written) to engage effectively with regional and global leadership teams.
