Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish standard accounting structures, master data frameworks, and unified operational playbooks across international divisions.

  • Evaluate legacy processes against future-state capabilities, drafting detailed technical and functional operational requirements.

  • Coordinate system interfaces between core enterprise software and proprietary supply chain, inventory, and revenue engines.

  • Partner with procurement and executive leadership to assess vendor technologies, manage RFP processes, and guide partner selection.

  • Maintain oversight over data cleansing/conversion, multi-tier testing cycles (end-to-end integration and user acceptance), and operational launch readiness.

  • Champion intelligent automation, exploring advanced analytics and machine-learning agents to maximize operational throughput and decrease manual processing overhead.

  • Act as a senior advisor to business unit heads, converting high-level corporate strategies into scalable system workflows.

Qualifications & Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a technical discipline; credentials like CPA, ACCA, PMP, or enterprise software accreditations are a distinct advantage.

  • 10–15 years managing complex enterprise software deployments and financial process redesign, ideally within international logistics, freight, or complex supply chain operations.

  • Demonstrated history leading cross-functional corporate change initiatives, with deep knowledge of record-to-report, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay processes.

  • Proven ability to interact with C-suite stakeholders, facilitate executive alignment, and manage conflicting priorities in complex business environments.

  • Exceptional analytical, workshop facilitation, and executive reporting skills.

  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written) to engage effectively with regional and global leadership teams.
