Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Total Rewards Design: Lead end-to-end total rewards strategy, encompassing executive pay, salary structures, short-term and long-term incentives (LTI), and bespoke retention schemes aligned with business growth.

  • Annual Cycles & Budgeting: Oversee annual compensation review processes, including performance bonus allocation, salary review cycles, and annual rewards budgeting.

  • Executive Compensation & Governance: Partner with senior executives and committee stakeholders on executive pay, equity administration, and reward governance across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Market Benchmarking & Analytics: Conduct deep-dive market studies, compensation modeling, and reward analytics to maintain market competitiveness and drive data-backed decision-making.

  • M&A & Transformation: Provide C&B subject matter expertise during organizational transformations, corporate restructuring, and M&A activities, including due diligence and retention planning.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with regional and global stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Payroll to ensure compliance, legal alignment, and seamless execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree holder with 8–10 years of solid Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards experience within sizable MNCs, top-tier consulting firms, or regional corporate platforms.

  • Core Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in incentive scheme design, compensation architecture, equity programs, and total rewards governance.

  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record advising HR leadership, senior executives, or Remuneration Committees with strong influence and communication skills.

  • Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, complex data analysis, and advanced MS Excel.

  • Regional/Global Exposure: Hands-on experience navigating multi-jurisdictional reward practices, regional tax considerations, and regulatory landscapes.

  • Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

  • Preferred Credentials: Experience in post-merger rewards integration or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP) is an advantage.
