Our client is a leading Electronic Appliance Manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

Manage hardware and software installation and maintenance for workstations, copiers, video conference systems, wireless networks, and peripheral devices.
Identify, log, and resolve technical issues related to software applications or network systems.
Suggest potential improvements to senior team leaders for consideration and implementation.
Set up, configure, and maintain group-wide infrastructure, network systems, and data centers
Manage group communication systems (email, VoIP, conferencing)
Administer Oracle databases; ensure high availability and performance tuning
Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and runbooks; support process standardization (ITIL)

Ensure work is carried out within agreed service levels.
Create, maintain, and distribute progress reports to senior leadership.
Maintain an inventory of PCs and devices.
Test, plan, and supervise the deployment of new operating system releases, patches, and software updates.
Manage hardware diagnoses and repairs, coordinating with appropriate service vendors when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 8+ years of IT operations experience
Proven experience in enterprise network and data center management
Strong knowledge of network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, UNIX, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
Experience with SAN storage, email servers, and communication platforms
Solid Oracle database administration skills (backup, recovery, tuning)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Strong English communication skills; able to work with global teams
