Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Set and monitor KPIs; conduct performance reviews and motivation programs
• Personally handle and close bespoke itineraries for customers
• Drive team to achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Collaborate on sales strategy, incentive programs, and trend analysis
• Maintain key supplier relationships
Requirements:
• 7+ years in luxury travel, hospitality, private aviation, or super yachts industries
• 3+ years leading sales teams with proven revenue growth track record
• Deep knowledge of global luxury travel ecosystem
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
