Key Responsibilities:

 

•⁠ ⁠Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team

•⁠ ⁠Set and monitor KPIs; conduct performance reviews and motivation programs

•⁠ ⁠Personally handle and close bespoke itineraries for customers

•⁠ ⁠Drive team to achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate on sales strategy, incentive programs, and trend analysis

•⁠ ⁠Maintain key supplier relationships

 

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠7+ years in luxury travel, hospitality, private aviation, or super yachts industries

•⁠ ⁠3+ years leading sales teams with proven revenue growth track record

•⁠ ⁠Deep knowledge of global luxury travel ecosystem

•⁠ ⁠Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills

•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and coaching skills

•⁠ ⁠⁠Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
