Responsibilities:
IT Operations & Risk Management

Manage critical IT ops: data backup, access controls, pre-trade risk, BCP/DR (with drills); ensure 24/7 availability of HK/US trading systems (equities, futures, options).
Coordinate audits, regulatory exams, and remediation; maintain emergency response plans and policy compliance.
Identify IT risks; report, remediate, and implement controls; lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
Collaborate on security, audit, and production safety issues.

Project, Cybersecurity & Support

Lead IT projects (upgrades, patching, deployments), SLAs, and procurement.
Design/implement cybersecurity frameworks (firewall, IDS, antivirus) and access controls; deliver safety training.
Provide infrastructure support: servers, networks, Microsoft 365, VPN, hardware/software troubleshooting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
8+ years IT operations in financial services (brokerage/banking preferred).
Expertise: low-latency trading systems, Windows/Linux, Cisco networking, SQL/MySQL administration.
Proven in cybersecurity, BCP/DR, regulatory compliance, risk management, troubleshooting under pressure.
