Responsibilities
- Clearly communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing; build trust with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Analyze current processes, uncover improvement opportunities, and propose practical, user-friendly future-state solutions with strong visuals
- Lead effective meetings to gather requirements, align expectations, and resolve issues quickly
- Understand industry trends and evaluate the full impact of proposed changes
- Bridge business and technical teams: collaborate on architecture, methodologies, and documentation (e.g., APIs, system flows)
- Elicit, document, and manage detailed, accurate requirements using tools like JIRA/Confluence
- Support project scoping, planning, change control, impact analysis, and delivery of multiple projects on time and within budget
- Proactively engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Define business test cases, participate in UAT, and help resolve defects (API testing experience a plus)
- Apply design thinking and user-centric principles to solve real business and customer problems
- Offer strategic insights aligned with organizational objectives
Requirements
- 4+ years in IT / mobile / digital project business analysis
- Advantage: retail, e-commerce, finance, or insurance domain knowledge
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written & spoken)
- Outstanding analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Genuine passion for research-driven, user-focused experiences and client value
- Client-facing experience (agency, consulting, or product management background)
- Hands-on Agile / Scrum experience
- Advantage: PMP certification or prior leadership of Business Analysts
- Track record delivering large-scale digital services in fast-paced settings
- Strong grasp of user-centered design and ability to spot enhancement opportunities
- Proven ability to influence, simplify complexity, and turn intricate processes/regulations into clear, actionable documentation
