Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle for Vault & Automation Safe Boxes, from initiation through to completion.

  • Create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Vault & Automation Safe Boxes operations to enhance efficiency, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, managing manpower, budgets, and resource plans; analyze operational data to develop strategies for process improvement, including evaluating new machinery and technologies.

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, Safe Boxes, and customer service, including picking, packing, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, and administrative tasks.

  • Achieve financial objectives for warehouse and Safe Boxes operations by forecasting needs, preparing budgets, analyzing variances, implementing corrective actions, and generating reports.

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels, high data accuracy in the warehouse management system, and exceptional customer service standards.

  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and machinery, overseeing maintenance as required.

  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Project management experience in Vault and Automation Safe Boxes is a plus.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within logistics or warehouse operations; expertise in vault management, Automation Safe Boxes, or customer service is advantageous.

  • Strong leadership skills, aligning with the company’s mission and vision while upholding the highest standards of integrity.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet internal goals, industry benchmarks, and safety standards, with proficiency in warehouse management systems and equipment.

  • Exceptional people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.

  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Operations Manager role.
