Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1st and 2nd line technical support for server hardware, software applications, and network infrastructure.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, incident analysis, and resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Handle system installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance for:
    • Windows Server and Linux environments.
    • MS SQL Server, MySQL, Tomcat, and Java-based applications.
  • Operate on a rotating morning/night shift schedule, including on-call standby.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years in server and application support roles.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with financial market operations (preferred).
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
