Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business prospects while building and nurturing connections with potential clients.
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor strategies, and evolving customer demands.
- Design and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet and surpass company performance targets.
- Work closely with diverse teams to create customized solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations.
- Craft detailed sales profiles, proposals, quotes, and engage in negotiations to win new business and sustain client partnerships.
- Generate monthly sales reports and budget analyses for review by senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- A diploma, or industry-specific certification is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in air, ocean, or logistics freight forwarding.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical skills, self-driven, independent, and focused on achieving goals.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Japanese
