Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business prospects while building and nurturing connections with potential clients.
  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor strategies, and evolving customer demands.
  • Design and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet and surpass company performance targets.
  • Work closely with diverse teams to create customized solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations.
  • Craft detailed sales profiles, proposals, quotes, and engage in negotiations to win new business and sustain client partnerships.
  • Generate monthly sales reports and budget analyses for review by senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • A diploma, or industry-specific certification is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in air, ocean, or logistics freight forwarding.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills, self-driven, independent, and focused on achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Japanese
