Our client is a French funded MNC.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and generate monthly financial and management reports.
- Oversee credit facilities and conduct assessments.
- Assist in generating invoices and tracking customer aging.
- Create accounting schedules and perform reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements and support statutory audits.
- Contribute to annual budget preparation and reporting.
- Undertake special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Higher Diploma with three years of related experience
- Proficient in PC applications, particularly MS Excel (including macros and pivot tables).
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills.
