Job Description

The Technical and Performance Manager reports directly to the Regional Director of Operations.

The ideal candidate will:

• Monitor and manage the performance of O&M sites, focusing on HSE, Risk Management, as well as optimizing Chemical, Energy, Process, and Maintenance operations, while driving improvement action plans at the sites.
• Lead the development of technical strategies for all operations in collaboration with the Technical Department.
• Support the implementation of standardized management systems and practices across all sites.
• Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among O&M sites to collectively enhance performance.
• Ensure operational sites, as well as those under development, receive appropriate technical support through internal and external resources.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in water treatment operations and projects.
• Strong understanding of government contract procedures, with experience working with government departments, relevant divisions, and local consultants.
• Excellent teamwork, tendering, and communication skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software tools.
• Willing to travel frequently between Taiwan and Hong Kong.
• Self-driven, proactive, hard-working, and results-oriented.
