Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among clients, sales teams, operations, and warehouse staff.
  • Monitor shipments, generate invoices, and prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve complaints via phone or email.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • A diploma or higher qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics operations, ideally within a logistics service provider.
  • Mature, responsible, and proactive with a willingness to learn and the ability to thrive under pressure; organized with a positive mindset.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English; Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 or higher) are preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Competent in using PCs, with proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
  • Client-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
