Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among clients, sales teams, operations, and warehouse staff.
- Monitor shipments, generate invoices, and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Address client inquiries and resolve complaints via phone or email.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- A diploma or higher qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics operations, ideally within a logistics service provider.
- Mature, responsible, and proactive with a willingness to learn and the ability to thrive under pressure; organized with a positive mindset.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English; Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 or higher) are preferred.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Competent in using PCs, with proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
- Client-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
