Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our logistics services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to management.
  • Prepare and present sales reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
