Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team responsible for daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial closings across various brands.
• Evaluate current workflows and supervise daily operations.
• Compile financial and management accounting reports promptly, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Perform financial analyses, including budgeting and cash flow forecasting, to meet management requirements and provide financial insights.
• Collaborate with auditors during the annual audit process and address taxation issues.
• Execute additional tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years in a supervisory role.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience in the Food & Beverage or Retail sector.
• Preference for candidates holding CPA, ACCA, FCCA, or similar qualifications.
• Familiarity with accounting software, particularly Flex System, is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications is highly desired.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership qualities, self-motivated, and proactive.
