Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Director, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the Group's financial planning and budget management, which encompasses cash flow predictions, budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
• Managing the creation of regular management reports and statutory documents.
• Conducting financial and business analyses that extend beyond standard management reports, utilizing external data and market research to inform management discussions and business decisions.
• Collaborating closely with the country finance teams and international business operations to deliver valuable financial insights and analyses aimed at enhancing performance and efficiency.
• Participating in the establishment of internal control policies and process enhancements.
• Coordinating with external firms for activities such as annual audits and property valuations.
• Managing company secretarial duties, particularly related to compliance for listed entities.
• Leading and overseeing special business initiatives as assigned.
  
  Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional credentials.
• HKICPA/ACCA or similar certification.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, particularly from a Big 4 firm or a publicly listed company, is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of finance, accounting principles, budgeting, and cost control, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Familiarity with both short-term and long-term budgeting, forecasting, and rolling budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to inspire teams to operate efficiently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements for listed companies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, self-motivated, and capable of thriving under pressure.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
