Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the CEO and Group HR, functioning as a strategic partner to deliver comprehensive HR support in Hong Kong while overseeing operations across the APAC region, including Greater China and North Asia.
- Assist with annual HR initiatives and projects, including budgeting, salary assessments, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to align with business needs and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Collaborate with various teams to design and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Maintain and regularly update the HR database and employee records.
- Actively engage with the HR team in Italy.
- Serve as a business partner for market expansion and the establishment of new offices.
- Support additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of operational HR experience, preferably in the retail or FMCG industries.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Required proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
