Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Manager to join our Leasing Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing all leasing operations, from cultivating tenant relationships to negotiating contracts, ensuring a positive experience for both prospective and current tenants.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee leasing functions, including identifying potential tenants, negotiating terms, and managing the contract process.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing tenants to foster satisfaction and long-term collaborations.

• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance our tenant base and promote our properties.

• Supervise the lease contract process, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.

• Serve as the primary contact for current tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving leasing-related issues efficiently and professionally.

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and high tenant satisfaction.

• Actively contribute to the department's success by taking initiative in problem-solving and enhancing leasing outcomes.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial leasing or a similar field.

• Proficient in both Chinese and English, with strong spoken and written communication skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills; must present a professional demeanor.

• Energetic, self-driven, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong negotiation abilities with a sharp eye for detail.
