Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the CEO and Group HR, serving as a strategic partner to deliver comprehensive HR support in Hong Kong while overseeing operations in the APAC region, including Greater China and North Asia.
- Assist with annual HR initiatives and projects, including budgeting, salary assessments, performance evaluations, and workforce planning.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to align with business needs and ensure adherence to legal standards.
- Collaborate with various teams to design and execute HR programs that align with business goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Maintain and regularly update the HR database and employee records.
- Work closely with the HR team in Italy.
- Support business development efforts for market expansion and the establishment of new offices.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of operational HR experience, preferably in the retail or FMCG industries.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
