THE JOB

• Deliver second-tier network support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Provide remote and on-site support for customers’ network equipment issues.
• Manage technical tickets for all incidents and network failures.
• Support various network devices and services (including routers, switches, and firewalls)

THE PERSON

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Networking, or related disciplines
• 6 years related experience to support the network maintenance with firewall, switch etc
• Candidates with less experience or fresh graduate  will be considered
• Valid CCNA or CCNP is a must
• Knowledge and experience to have project deployment 
• Must be a team player and self-motivated.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
