Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies for digital platforms including websites, social media, press releases, videos, blogs, and other channels - with content produced in both Chinese and English
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing to elevate brand visibility and generate sales opportunities
- Liaise closely with in-house design teams to conceptualize and prepare marketing collateral such as websites, brochures, advertisements, and other related assets
- Monitor market trends, conduct research on target customer segments, and analyze competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing initiatives
- Provide support for a variety of marketing and sales-related functions as required, including participation in trade shows, client visits, and other relevant events
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven expertise in copywriting and content creation across both Chinese and English languages
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in mainland China's digital and social media landscape, including proficiency in platforms such as Zhihu, Douyin, Facebook, and Instagram ads, as well as familiarity with tools like Google Ads, video editing software, DoubleClick, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
- Familiarity with over-the-counter (OTC) trading domains, such as foreign exchange (FX) and bullion, is considered an advantage
