Our client is a leading property developer in HK.

Responsibilities:

Provide contract administration services for pre and post contract
Assist in appointing various Consultants; perform cost control and detailed cost analysis
Scrutinize and prepare cost estimates, tenders, contracts and subcontract documents
Evaluate variation orders, payment claims and settle final accounts
Liaise with consultants and contractors
Prepare internal reports and recommendations

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
At least 5 years’ post-qualification in HKIS/ RICS or relevant professional membership
Experience gained from sizeable property developers or consultants preferably in Hong Kong private residential projects
High sense of discretion, integrity and critical thinking; a team player with positive working attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
