Our client:
Our client is a leading property developer in HK.
Responsibilities:
- Provide contract administration services for pre and post contract
- Assist in appointing various Consultants; perform cost control and detailed cost analysis
- Scrutinize and prepare cost estimates, tenders, contracts and subcontract documents
- Evaluate variation orders, payment claims and settle final accounts
- Liaise with consultants and contractors
- Prepare internal reports and recommendations
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ post-qualification in HKIS/ RICS or relevant professional membership
- Experience gained from sizeable property developers or consultants preferably in Hong Kong private residential projects
- High sense of discretion, integrity and critical thinking; a team player with positive working attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
