Our client is a leading property developer in HK
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations at premises, including tenant fit-out projects, budgetary control, and assisting with the oversight of the daily operation and maintenance of the properties within the portfolio.
- Drive and develop initiatives to enhance the quality of property management and support business strategies and goals.
- Lead a team of managers to take charge of the management and operation of the assigned portfolio consisting of Commercial and Residential properties.
- Supervise a team of staff and technical personnel in the daily management duties to ensure meeting the requirements of clients.
- Manage financial aspects including budget planning, monitoring, and credit control, among others.
- Ensure compliance with relevant ordinances and regulations.
- Support corporate initiatives such as driving and achieving ESG plans and targets.
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage internal resources and service contractors to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
- A member of relevant professional organization, Holder of PMP Tier 1 Licence
- Minimum 10 years property leasing and management experience in property management, with at least 5 years in managerial/supervisory level;
- Relevant professional qualification in Housing Management such as MHKIH, MCIH, MHKIS, MRICS; Holding a property management practitioner licence (Tier 1);
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and fluency in Putonghua is an advantage;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Self-initiated, detail-oriented with strong leadership and management skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
