Our client: 

Our client is a leading property developer in HK

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing project development teams and site staff
• Manage, liaise, coordinate, and meet with overseas consultants, contractors, government authorities, and other relevant internal and external parties to provide comprehensive building services support in all development stages
• Oversee the bidding/pricing process for inclusion in the final project budget and monitor cost and quality controls throughout all construction stages
• Handle processing instructions and payments, planning, checking design and tender documentation, monitoring work progress, testing and commissioning, handover, and defect rectifications of all construction works
• Maintain positive and effective communications among all local and overseas stakeholders and analyze and present findings to internal and external parties as required
• Develop cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity
• Analyze and resolve project issues in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Architecture/ Building Survey/ Structural Engineering
• Minimum 10 years' experience in medium/ large scale commercial property developments and/or consultant fields
• Experiences in both HK and UK and knowledge in the statutory requirements would be a definite advantage
• Authorized Person/ Registered Architect (HKIA)/ Surveyor (HKIS)/ Engineer (HKIE) or similar qualifications
• Knowledge in handling AutoCAD, BIM and Revit. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
