Job Description

THE JOB

  • As the key account manager
  • Develop new business opportunities, market and provide online B2B cross-border trading platform services and project planning to product suppliers;
  • Analyze customer needs, summarize market & industry characteristics, and use industry knowledge to provide customers with professional e-commerce marketing programs;
  • Maintain good customer relationship with excellent account servicing capabilities;
  • Set short-term goals for selected customers to on-board and become active users, undertake marketing initiatives to achieve business targets;
  • Collaborate with in-house marketing team to nurture key accounts for success stories to further promote the platform, and
  • Consolidate feedback from key users to the team for further enhancement of the sourcing platform
 
THE PERSON
  • University Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • 3+ year experience in account management
  • Native French speaker
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively for IT industry
  • Hands on experience in customer data analytics
  • Project and time management skills and attention to details
  • Polished interpersonal skills and a creative, dynamic and innovative drive
  • Outgoing personality, good listener and team player
