Responsibilities
-
Serve as HR Business Partner for assigned functions, delivering end-to-end HR solutions in talent acquisition & retention, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, occupational health & safety, and employee relations.

Conduct HR data analysis, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Lead employee focus groups to gather feedback and execute action plans to address concerns.

Partner with business managers to provide professional advice on people-related matters.

Respond professionally to employee enquiries on HR policies and programs.

Participate in HR projects as required.
Requirements
-
Degree in Human Resources Management or related business disciplines.

Minimum 4 years of HR experience in sizeable companies.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Passionate about people with a proactive, customer-oriented mindset and strong influencing skills.

Detail-oriented, analytical, with a continuous improvement mindset.

Positive can-do attitude.

Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
