Responsibilities

  • Serve as HR Business Partner for assigned functions, delivering end-to-end HR solutions in talent acquisition & retention, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, occupational health & safety, and employee relations.

  • Conduct HR data analysis, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Lead employee focus groups to gather feedback and execute action plans to address concerns.

  • Partner with business managers to provide professional advice on people-related matters.

  • Respond professionally to employee enquiries on HR policies and programs.

  • Participate in HR projects as required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related business disciplines.

  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience in sizeable companies.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passionate about people with a proactive, customer-oriented mindset and strong influencing skills.

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Positive can-do attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
