Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage medium to large-scale projects end-to-end, serving as the primary client contact and internal project lead
- Own project deliverables, timelines, and budget control
- Present and align on project plans, functional specs, page flows, and other documents with clients and teams
- Lead milestone review meetings
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, manage expectations, and handle change requests/enhancements
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships; collaborate with Business Development to identify upsell opportunities and share tech trends
- Lead and mentor a small team of senior/project executives: guide tasks, coach for growth, inspire career development, and sustain team morale
What We’re Looking For
- 6–8+ years of solid IT project management experience
- Proven success delivering medium to large web/mobile development projects
- Strong domain knowledge in digital projects
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills
- Experience leading small teams
- PMP certification preferred
- Fluent in written/spoken English and Cantonese
