Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced user support for forwarding systems

• Gather user requirements and design support for system development

• Oversee system development, testing, implementation, and documentation

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective communication and service delivery

   

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science or related discipline

• 3+ years of related work experience

• Familiarity with Java Programming, Reporting & Repository Tools (Eclipse, SQL Developer, etc.)

• Knowledge of forwarding (Air and Ocean) systems and application development experience is a plus

• Experience with Web applications, EDI, and Web APIs is advantageous

• Familiarity with RPG and CL programming is a plus
