Key Responsibilities

  • Training Program Development: Design and implement engaging training programs tailored to the needs of real estate agents, brokers, and administrative staff, covering topics such as sales strategies, market trends, property management, and client relationship management.

  • Delivery of Training: Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring content is interactive, practical, and aligned with company goals.

  • Onboarding New Hires: Develop and manage onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring they understand company policies, real estate processes, and technology tools.

  • Performance Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting content as needed to maximize impact.

  • Compliance Training: Ensure all staff are trained on local, state, and federal real estate regulations, including fair housing laws, contract procedures, and ethical standards.

  • Technology Integration: Train employees on real estate-specific software (e.g., CRM systems, MLS platforms) to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to keep training content relevant and forward-thinking.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, sales leadership, and external vendors to align training initiatives with business objectives and employee development needs.

  • Mentorship and Coaching: Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to reinforce training and foster professional growth.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.

    • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.

  • Skills:

    • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

    • In-depth knowledge of real estate industry trends, sales techniques, and regulations.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
