THE JOB
- Coordinate between internal teams, partners and clients to align expectations and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to design solutions that address business needs.
- Consider digital capabilities and user experiences in solution design
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals within tight timelines.
- Effectively communicate and present proposal to clients, adapting approach as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating flexibility in communication and negotiation styles.
- Adapt to changing client needs and market conditions, adjusting strategies quickly to maintain momentum in the sales process.
- Actively identify and analyze current and emerging market trends.
- Stay informed about digital innovations and their potential business applications.
THE PERSON
- At least 1 year of related work experience in sales / IT industry (IT sales experience is not a must)
- Strong experience in client-facing roles, ideally within a consulting firm, agency, or in product management.
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- On job training will be provided
