Responsibilities:

Create, test, and troubleshoot solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, focusing on enhancing applications, designing custom user experiences, and integrating systems.
Utilize tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Co-pilot studio, Power Pages, and Canvas applications.
Address technical challenges specific to the Power Platform and stay informed about industry advancements to enhance skills and adapt to new technologies.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and team members to grasp requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Provide technical guidance to the team, participate in troubleshooting and development, and mentor junior team members.
Lead the team to ensure timely project delivery in alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

Profound knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform services, including its capabilities, limitations, and security aspects.
Basic understanding of authentication, security practices, and application lifecycle management for the Microsoft Power Platform.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform services, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, RESTful Web APIs, and Microsoft Azure.
Sound understanding of design principles, solution implementation, infrastructure setup, and DevOps for substantial Power Platform projects.
Preferred certifications in Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics, and Azure.
Familiarity with Power BI is beneficial.
Experience in the BFSI sector is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
