Job Description
Main Duties
- Support the Sales & Marketing Division by working closely with senior leadership to achieve team goals.
- Research new markets, identify business opportunities, and create proposals to win contracts and retain clients for long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering excellent sales and account management services.
- Organize and lead customer meetings, visits, and on-site tours to strengthen business relationships.
- Handle commercial contracts, tenders, and negotiations to meet financial targets and business objectives.
- Prepare reports and analyze performance data to track progress and recommend improvements.
- Develop creative strategies and solutions to meet customer needs, including presentations and tailored proposals.
- Launch new products or services to expand the business.
- Be willing to travel for business needs when required.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management team.
Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Logistics, Aviation, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in areas like business development, sales, marketing, account management, or related roles; less experienced candidates with the right skills may also be considered.
- Goal-driven with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with numbers and data effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Self-motivated, ethical, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Confident in using MS Office tools and Chinese word processing software.
