Job Description
Responsibilities:

Evaluating and assessing timelines,
-
Promptly alerted to any problems, whether potential or confirmed, that may affect the schedule,
-
Making choices to enhance operations and ensure consistent performance,
-
Communicating network incidents to all relevant stakeholders and management,
-
Supporting all facets of the shift to enable the Duty Manager to make final decisions on any uncertainties (excluding technical matters),
-
Overseeing the ULD control operations in the AP region.

Serve as the primary 24/7 contact for all inquiries regarding air network operations, both during regular operations and in the event of changes or failures, while developing immediate contingency plans.

Communicate effectively and decisively with Network personnel regarding any modifications to scheduled operations.

Ensure the accuracy of air network schedules by verifying all published information (block times, linehaul timings, and assigned capacity).

Advise and confirm any deviations from the seasonal base schedule with airlines and other relevant parties.
Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
-
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in operations
-
Ideally 5-7 years of overall experience in an international service-oriented or aviation control setting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Availability to work on a 24-hour shift schedule
