The company is seeking a proactive and experienced Service Project Coordinator with a strong customer-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a track record of successful project coordination in the IT or Telecommunication industry.
Job Description:
- Synchronize internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of service provisioning or service enhancement projects, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with customers to obtain the necessary order creation information, facilitate service delivery, and coordinate invoice arrangements in conjunction with internal teams.
- Monitor the creation of vendor purchase orders, track the status of goods arrival, and oversee order completion to ensure timely delivery and project success.
- Offer daily support to the sales team, assisting them with any service-related inquiries or requirements they may have.
Requirement:
- Possess a Higher Diploma or higher qualification in business administration or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the IT or Telecommunication industry.
- Demonstrate a solid background in account servicing, with effective communication skills and an aptitude for engaging with clients.
- Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Display an exceptional customer-centric and service-oriented mindset, with a strong drive for continual improvement.
