- Provide H&E /Deskside support
- Follow up incident and service requests
- Provide IT support and solutions to end users
- Provide solutions to ensure satisfactions of end users
- Log user cases in a timely manner
- Diploma or above in Computer Studies
- 1 year or above experience in technical support/ Helpdesk Support/ Customer Service roles
- Experience in data center operation is an advantage
- Good knowledge in Linux and Windows based applications
- Willing to learn, positive attitude, a good team player
- Good communication and written skill in English
