Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Provide H&E /Deskside support
  • Follow up incident and service requests
  • Provide IT support and solutions to end users
  • Provide solutions to ensure satisfactions of end users
  • Log user cases in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Computer Studies
  • 1 year or above experience in technical support/ Helpdesk Support/ Customer Service roles
  • Experience in data center operation is an advantage 
  • Good knowledge in Linux and Windows based applications
  • Willing to learn, positive attitude, a good team player
  • Good communication and written skill in English
